Seven students are each assigned a distinct locker labeled 11 through 77. A teacher distributes keys as a derangement (no student receives their own key). Every minute, each student uses their current key to open the corresponding locker and takes the key found inside. After exactly 77 minutes, let XX be the number of students holding the key to their own locker. If E[X]=ab\mathbb{E}[X] = \tfrac{a}{b} in lowest terms, find a+ba + b.
